    <excerpt>There are a few types of JPEG formats, therefore your pictures may have been saved in a incompatible format. The correct format to save images in when using Photoshop is:  JPEG - Baseline Standard.  

When saving images in Photoshop:

Click Save As, see Image 1. 
Click OK, you will open the JPEG Options Dialogue Box, See Image 2. 
Choose Baseline (&#8220;Standard&#8221;) from the Format Options sections and click OK.  
Your picture should now play on your Frame.</excerpt>
